How to Return a Product

1. Check Eligibility

  • Return within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Original packaging & tags must be intact
  • Do not accept tampered packages
  • Keep parcel opening video for damaged/missing items

2. Place Return Request

  • Go to My Orders
  • Select the product
  • Tap Return
  • Choose reason & submit

3. Return Method

Free Pickup (Most Areas)
  • Pickup in 4–7 days
  • Max 2 pickup attempts
  • Pickup only at delivery address
Self-Ship (If Pickup Unavailable)
  • Ship via reliable courier
  • Email courier receipt + Order ID

  • Shipping cost credited to BearSoul Wallet (after QC)

4. Quality Check

  • Item is checked at our warehouse
  • Non-eligible returns may be rejected

5. Refund

  • Processed after QC approval
  • Prepaid: Original payment method
  • COD: Wallet / Bank transfer (on request)
  • Product value only (no shipping/COD refund)
