Return policy 

  • Products purchased from BearSoul are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be in original packaging, including hangers, polybags, hang tags, shoe boxes, dust bags, or gift boxes (if applicable)
  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Pass the quality check (QC) at our warehouse

⚠️ Important

  • Do not accept tampered or unsealed packages at the time of delivery.
  • For any missing or damaged item, please share a parcel opening video without pause or cuts along with your return claim.

How to Place a Return Request

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the product you want to return
  3. Click on Return
  4. Select the reason for return
  5. Submit the request

Return Pickup & Self-Ship Options

1. Free Pickup (Available in Most Locations)

  • Pickup may take 4–7 days from the date of request.
  • The product may take up to 15 days to reach our warehouse for QC.
  • Pickup will be attempted a maximum of two times.
  • Pickup is available only at the original delivery address.

If pickup fails due to unavailability or non-contact, the pickup request will be auto-cancelled. In such cases, customers can opt for Self-Ship within 7 days of delivery.


2. Self-Ship (Where Pickup Is Not Available)

  • Customers may self-ship the return using a reliable courier service
  • Share a scan copy of the courier receipt with your Order ID
  • Shipping cost will be credited to your BearSoul Wallet after QC approval
  • Courier charges will be verified with the courier company

Refund Policy

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: 
    • Size issue → Exchange only
    • Wrong product → Refund/exchange
    • Damaged item → Refund/exchange
    • Change of mind → Store credit only
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    • Refund will be issued as BearSoul Wallet credits (valid for 1 year)

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes QC
  • Refund includes only the product value
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable
  • Bank account name must match the order name
  • Items purchased during sale or with discount offers are not eligible for return or refund. Only size exchange may be provided subject to availability.

Refund Timeline

Once the return passes quality check, the refund will be initiated. The amount will reflect in the customer’s account as per the respective bank or payment provider’s timeline.
